Anna Hamilton

BIO:

‘Boy’ was created after Anna lost her father to Dementia.  Her experience of being ‘present’ with her father during his illness changed her outlook on life and on death and the ‘rules’ for both    “For the first time in my life I felt I had permission to lie to my dad.  Anything that brought him comfort is what came out of my mouth.  Just when sadness threatened to eat me alive is when, accidentally, I found joy.  It was through the people I met, others who no longer knew who or where they were that made me laugh and cry and appreciate the journey I was on.  Hope is what I found.  That is what I wish for all who are touched by this disease.
